window and locks problem

so about 2 months ago my locks on switchs cut out (still worked from factory remote and the cargo switch) then my windows started having problems I noticed that my door chime no longer went off when the drivers side door was open but only in certain postions and the windows would only work from the drivers side door in that same postion so I figured a broken wire in between the door and the truck so I cut the rubber to check the wires(positive I didnt cut any wires) but could not find any wires broken any where so I put the door back together and now the windows dont work at all ,the power mirrors no longer work, and the drivers side door dosnt lock with the rest of the doors with the remote anymore ive tested all the wires and I am not getting power anywhere all fuses are good im wondering if anyone has any ideas ? cause im stuck also looking for info on how to test relays THANKS

Really pull hard on each individual wire. They should not stretch. If you find one that stretches, then it's broken on the inside of the wire.
