i can't find the picture, or the link anymore, but i did see one where PVC was used from a 4bbl carb and run up , looked nice, but running underwater is generally more of a problem than just getting air in. wiring needs to be sealed, the engine needs to be cleaned and checked very carefully for any leaks (where fluids get out, water gets in...) approach driving under water with caution
