hello
Hi, I'm Robert and I am a Ford virgin so any help would be great! After 17 cars I now aquired a '79 F150 300 I-6. Looking for more from under the hood, this is going to be my towing vehicle. Anyways just wanted to introduce myself.

Robert, you have arrived at the finest site for information on your truck and it's I-6. There are several forums that can provide you with the information you are looking for.
Click on the Forums tab at the upper left and look over the number of boards that you can view. A few you may want to stop in and check out are the F-Series for your year of truck, the 300 I-6 forum and don't be shy in the Towing forum. A lot of information in all of these and there are people there sharing their knowledge.
Another chapter is the Virginia Chapter where you can find people like you using their Ford truck.
