93 Explorer Power Window Problems

My 93 Exp driver side window is stuck in the down position. I removed the door panel...now how do you get in to remove the motor. Any help would be appreciated.

Keep diging. I have not had to the the fronts yet but both my 93 rear regulators let go. It was a matter of unbolting an drivit cutting to get the assembly apart. I do recall some discussion about the plastic gears on the motors stripping and need replacing and a cheap $5 fix as opposed to the Ford remedy.
