spray them down with PBlaster and let it sit for say 10-20 mintues or so. Then take a few swings and they should come loose. It took me 2 days to get mine off. Also, try to hit the rotors from behind a couple times to break the rust loose.
Good luck, best advice I can give is spray them down and swing.

Yup they won't come off without being destroyed. Unless you have a "on the vehicle brake lathe", don't plan on reusing them. Smack em hard with a BFH on the front and the back, rotate, and repeat.
Does anybody know why they stick so bad? On my last truck I antiseized the new set but sold the truck a year later so never got to check them.

I used PB blaster and a dead blow hammer. Mine were rather easy, only took maybe 10 minutes to get them off. Those in the Rust belt have a hellova time though. Heat was going to be my next step, just heat the rotor, since it needs to expand anyway, and the bearings/grease should be ok in the hubs.
