do not start

Hello
I have an 89 ford ranger.I installed a wrong battery.
Reversed cables.Ichanged the solanoid,now it cranks .
I changed the coil.still dosn't start.All fuses are ok.
can't find any fuse links. Ineed help.

Check the main fuse. Most of times it's under the hood. I reversed the leads on a escort once had to replace that fues and the altenator.
