Clunk!

Hey maybe you guys can figure this out. A couple of months ago I bought a new left over 05 F350 6.0 Utility truck. GVWR is 10700. Ever since I bought it the rear suspension makes a clunking sound when hitting a bump. It makes it in the begining or middle stroke and not at the end like it would if it bottomed out. Took it to the dealer and they said it is over loaded (they of course did nothing). SO I weighed it and it comes to 9700 lbs. Anyone else have this problem?

I would look at the helper spring ends see how close the ends are to the stopper .
Also look at the shocks to see if one is bent or rubbing.
