Overheating..help!

ok, took it in this morning. the temp sending unit was bad, and possible the gauge in the dash is reading off. its temping at 195 with the 190 thermostat, and im told all is flowing well. Thanks for the help guys! It's much appreciated!

Just a thought, but you did put the new t-stat in with the spring toward the intake, right?
I've seen that done before.


Sorry, never mind. I didn't see your last post on the 2nd page.
