Help!!!!
Took my 97 into the diesel injection shop and they found broken springs in my injectors. There is still a problem with the truck shutting off, now it won't start. The error the computer gave was the CPS, it was replaced but did not help. The mechanic checked the computer and that was ok. Are there any idea out there on what might be wrong?

Check the wires going to the CPS. Sometimes they will break inside the harness. Broken wire = no signal from the CPS, so it sets a CPS code. Ohm the wires. Also check the IPR connections and Timmerman nut and all under hood fuses.
