EBPV rebuild

Hey guys, I could use some help. I'm rebuilding the EBPV, and briefly ran a small brake hone through the cylinder bore. To my eyes it almost looks worse now, but feels smooth. Anyone out there done this before?

This is JMOP get rid of the EBPV, buy a Banks elbow, or some thing of the same type, there are a couple of one's that do the same thing.
