ATS ported housing vs WW
#65
I doubt you did. That ATS is $400 alone. I was concerned about hardware to mount it all. Congrats. He's in GA somewhere right, if he jipped ya, maybe we could load up and pay him a visit.
That's an awesome lookin ride ya got and it looks like you can definately use that package. I am very interested in the results.

Thanks guys for your advise and encouragement, if you notice I did'nt post on this thread for about a day. EVERYONE KEPT GETTING THERE INTERESTS BOOSTED! I wanted the thread to die down so I could bid. Everyone seemed interested!
Nut, I only bid one time and that was at the 2 minute mark. I never go back and forth driving up the price, I figure how much I'm willing to pay and throw it in at the last minute.
Hell, I figured $400 for the ATS housing and $280 for the turbo(with a new WW and new adapter). THAT AIN'T BAD!

Well, my turbo guy called and said my turbo is on its way back! During the cleaning and inspection of the inerds, he found a bad seal, thrust bearing had hairline fractures, inside the exhaust housing was rusty and it was generally nasty inside. So after doing a full rebuild and replacing everything, I had him keep the WW and put a new stock compressor wheel back on and balance it. I'm glad I didn't put that thing on as-is.
