What is the best way to break in a new V-10 . I had to buy a new suv last month . my surb. broke, thank goodness its gone !!! I was in NC when it broke so that is where i bought it ,no choice on it . I pull a 31' Airstream TT , finished up my vac & had my oil changed while in Myrtle Beach, SC. 940 miles on it there it now has 1900 miles on it i plan on changing oil every 2500 miles that is why i got 472,000. on my 6.9 diesal in my 86 f-250 w/ no major repairs. I over protect my drive lines. But a V-10 is new to me ! It is a 2005 Excursion w 3.73 gears i bought new.
