problems with automatic locks
I used my keypad to unlock my door and it wouldn't unlock. The lock looked like it was moving but not all the way into the unlocked position. After a few tries, it finally unlocked. Seemed fine for a few days, then it happened again when I was using my keyless remote. Is this a sign that my automatic locks are on their way out?

Sounds to me like your lock actuator is going south. Soon it won't work at all. There should be a thread somewhere on replacing them yourself. You can by them on line from a Ford dealer for around $45.00 or less.
