I am doing a project for my Advanced Business Law class (college) and am looking for the forms to use to create a closed corporation in Montana, the codes for a closed corporation statutes, requirements for the by laws, and a few other things. If anyone can help, I'd appreciate it. I know that the homepage for Montana is mt.gov, but I am unable to find this information on that page. The directions from my professor include links that no longer exists and I am having troubles. TIA
