390 Engine temp

390 Engine temp
Just curious, what temp should a 390 run at? I'm currently running around 190-195, with the electric fan. Is that ok for these motors. Reason I ask is in my dodge, I cant get it to run above 175 if my life depended on it.

All ford engines should have 195* thermostat's.
Because they are designed to run that hot.
The minimum would be 180*
