Having Problems Need Help

I Have A 94 Lightning , The Horns Don't Work, The Cruise Control Not Working, The Air Bag Light Is Flashing. Are These Problems Conected Or Are They Seperate Problems. (all Fuses Are Good) Any Help Or Advise Would Be Great Thanks.

I think it may be a problem in the wiring in the steering wheel. be careful if you open up the wheel not to set off the air bag.

Yeah, It does sound like your clock spring is bad...it usually takes out the horn, cruise and sometimes the hazard lights as well. That is common for a 94-95 Lightning.
