84 axle code

Have an 84 F150 with door sticker showing axle code 16. Can't find it in forum decoders. Please Help.

My 83 Spec book says 16 is a 3.50 (not limited-slip) used on the E series vans.
Either they adopted to the F series in 84 or its very strange its listed on the body label.
