Unfortunately, it seems like the 67-72 Ford truck is the last thing on the minds of the plastic model and diecast manufacturers. The pre-66 and 73-up trucks have been kitted by both AMT and Revell but ours never have. Matchbox had half a dozen diecast (1/64) versions of the 67 including a 4x4. At a garage sale a few years ago I found what looks like a 1/32 scale 67 stepside with a friction motor chassis. It's molded in yellow plastic by the Lucky toy company. If I could post pics of the ones I have, I would. You guys need to keep firing off emails to the model makers asking for our trucks to be made.
