Steering Column
I was wondering what i need or am missing, my whole stearing column can twist around both ways.. and i really need it to stop because when i shift and it twist i cant get it into another gear untill i twist it back and then after a while it does it again...
if there a seal or a peice that i am missing at the bottom of the steering column? like a bracket or anything? just something that might be the problem would help.. (its my daily driver)

The column should bolt to a bracket, just below the dash. It fastens with a "U" shaped bracket, insulated with rubber. The "U" shaped bracket has a tab sticking up that indexes into the column, keeping the column from turning.
