Engine missing???
I was wondering what is wrong with my truck. It seems like is missing when i rev it up in park at around 2,000 RPM and up. could it be a bad injector or something else like timing? anyways i was just wondering is this normal because i have never noticed it before. thanks. oh yah 1990 f250,E4OD,7.3 idi. 134,000 miles.

Are the injectors original how about the IP.........try some fuel additives to clean up the system. Timing will change as injectors wear or become fouled.......
At around 3000rpm there could be a response from the governor which cuts fuel to the IP and this will give you smoke and rough running.......
