Engine Builders

Does anyone know of a good engine builder? I am looking for a machine shop that balances engines as well as doing block and head work. I will do the actual assembly myself. Any information is much appreciated--I live in the Ann Arbor/Detroit area of Michigan.

Looking to build a "stump puller" 351M for the heart of my 78 Ford 4X4 F250... thanks...
