Post Adding Windows to 63 Econoline Pickup Truck??

Greetings All:
Does anyone know if you can add those small curved windows to an 63 Econoline pickup without them?? If so, does anyone sell a kit for doing the conversion?? Or, might anyone be able to lead me in the right direction for glass and rubber seals to do the job?? Maybe someone even has a pair of windows to sell?? Is this a job most novices can do??

THANKS in advance, look forward to your replies.

I would think any good body shop could put them in. I know a guy that has a truck and he would probably sell those windows. You would have to be close enough to Cen Tex to come and cut them out.

you would have to have the section of body around the windows, they fit with a lipped seal. could be done, but would not be an easy job for experienced body men.

Hey Buffdaddy,
I have a '63 pickup the VIN code says it was a standard body truck, however, it has the side windows. Someone along the way must have installed them. The rubber looks fairly new and I think you can get them from Dennis Carpenter's (part# C1UB-8742042-C) I don't know where to get the glass though.

If you are near Washington state I know where you could get the glass at a reasonable price. If you are nearer Cali I also know where there is glass ... Please PM me if you are interested ....
