95 PSD cold start problems
I just bought this truck last week (95 F2504x4 SC PSD) and its my first diesel. I searched this to death, when it gets below 40 degrees, and its not plugged in it won't start. I replaced the GPR, and the glow plugs will "click" when I turn the key. The batteries checked out good (Optima red-tops). Possible glow plug failure?

Most likley glow plugs. The clicking you hear is the relay. Look here at this site.....
