Head casting# location?

Head casting# location?
I know this has probably been asked 100 times but I couldn't find it. I need someone to verify the head casting number location on a 302. I was thinking I could pull the valve cover and find it. The only number I found appeared to be Of22 but this does not sound like a casting number to me. Thanks in advance for any help.
