Hello!
Well,the instructions did say to say hello! This looks like it might be fun! The wife (who's a bigger gearhead than I am) and I finally had to take the 70f150 out back and put it out of it's misery. Luckily, her grandpa had a 79f150 that was just taking up driveway space, so we got a pretty good deal (we thought).Her goofy uncle had disconnected part of the smog stuff, and I think he ruined the motor. Anyway, the rest of the truck is in decent shape, so we're going to take the 302 from the 70, hot-rod it, and stick it in the 79. Guess I'll be chatting with ya'll in the tech forum in the future. Wish me luck.

Thanks for the welcome! The wife says to say hi too. She doesn't seem to think it's going to be a big deal, but little does she know that I'm going to have her do all of the dirty stuff (heh,heh). Just kidding. We're looking forward to it, especially building up the old motor, maybe going with a stroker kit,etc. I have'nt had a chance to read any of the tech forum yet, but look forward to sharing the project with others. (I learned that from my mother) See ya!
