Bubba, if you want help, just ask. However, You aren't going to get it here.
Go to the correct forum, tell us everything about your truck, that is, what engine, trans, year, model , etc. and ask a question.

Is there spark to the spark plug? If not, maybe the coil, rotor, distributor cap or distributor. Check inside the distributor cap see if the contacts are fried on the cap or rotor.

It could also be the ignition module, the box on the driver's side fender with two plugs coming out of it. Make sure you get the right color module (they will ask what color the grommet coming out of the box is).

Yes. take a screwdriver and stick it up in one of the sparkplug wires after you pull the wire off one of the sparkplugs. Hold the screwdriver by the plastic handle, and hold the metal shank very close to a metal part of the engine. Get someone to crank the engine over, and you should see a strong blue spark jump from the screwdriver to the metal.

If you don't have spark, the first thing I would do is pull the distributor cap off and then get someone to crank the engine just to make sure the rotor spins around. If it does, then follow the previous poster's advice and change the module on the fender.
