I did a post on the 7th 0f 2005 with 289000km. Did a oil change on Friday and she now has 399986km. She is starting to (loose) oil, not blowing any smoke, about 2 liters every 3-5 thousand km. Will have to change my signature very soon.

270k 97 f150

ive got a 97 f150 had since new, been used for towing on a regular basis, at 250k pulled my 72 torino on a tandem axle trailer from denver to wichita. i see this engine lasting easily to 300k. just bought a 01 police intereceptor and its in perfect condition the only noise is the injectors happily firing away.

I just bought a '99 F-150 4x4, 5.4L, extended cab, long bed with a 4" lift, over-sized tires, towing package, "chipped," cold air intake, and dual exhaust. 179,000 miles and it runs better than it did when it was new. Gets 20 mpg at a steady 60 mph on flat ground, but has been averaging about 15 mpg in town.
