Anyone ever have this problem?

I just noticed tonight that my intermittent wipers only work when the truck is not started, as soon as it is started, the wipers work on fast and slow, but not intermittent, anyone ever have this prob? Seems strange to me!

There has been some TSB's on that depending on the year.
