running rough

when i come to a stop and it idles my 03 expy 5.4 will run super rough like it stumbles and is missing and shakes the whole truck what could cause this it only happens every so often it has about 25,000 on it

It might be a COP problem (coil over plug). It is a bit premature at 25,000 miles, but as with any electrical device, they can go at anytime.

Mine does the same. Dealer says its not out of parameters. Others in here say to look at the IAC...Idle air control.

I have a 03 and it's doing the same thing. I had it checked and got the same "not out of parpmeters" from the dealer.

i was told it might be the IAC not working it is a common problem with these

Try cleaning the throttle body plate.
