I don't think tune-ups are in the maintenance guide, but in any case 45k is too soon for one. I believe you should have changed the fuel filter and engine air filter at 30k. If you haven't done that yet, go ahead and do it now. Other than changing the oil and rotating tires on regular intervals, I don't think there's anything else at 45k except inspecting various things (you should really do that every 15k miles I think). I believe you should have the 4R70W tranny, which according to the maintenance guide you don't need to change the fluid at 30k miles. But with the 4R100 tranny I think you are supposed to change the fluid every 30k miles.
