I300 to 351W flywheel questions, and some others

First off, I've been a mustang guy for a long time so engine swapping is nothing new to me. It just happens I have a built 351W laying around and my uncle has offered to give me his 93 F-150 inline six with a manual tranny. I read the stuff at the top already and did a search but there were too many results and not enough answers.

I know I need a 28 oz imbalance flywheel, but my question is what tooth count 157 or ??? Also is there any chance the I -300 flywheel will work, (I doubt it)

What is the stock sixes manual tranny called? And is it strong enough to tow a car and trailer? Does anybody know if the stock mustang headers have the same outlet as F150 manifolds?

And while I'm at it, how do you guys deal with the fuel pressure issues going from EFI to carb, do you run a bypass regulator or get a different tank pickup and mechanical pump.

the 300 uses a neutral balance flywheel. I think the truck bellhousing flywheels are 163 tooth.

You need a 351w flywheel, the 300 won't work.

The 300 will have an M5OD tranny, it will never last behind the 351w, I would suggest finding a ZF tranny if you choose to go that route. Mustang headers have different outlets than truck manifolds. The passenger side is close but needs enlarging, and the driver's side needs quite a bit of rework, as the manifold outlet is under cylinder #7, while the Mustang outlet is behind cylinder #8.

well I've got some manifolds out of a torino and a van, so if I have to go that route I can. I just checked the tranny fluid today because of what I've read so far and it looks like it has the problem, it was nearly two quarts low.

oh and can anybody else weigh in on the flywheel tooth count issue, I know the automatics used 164 tooth flexplates.
