eBay has some a lot of times, but you have to be near for local pick up. Craigslist sometimes you can get somebody parting out one.

Find a local seat / upholstery shop. Ask around at some body shops that do custom work. They can take any seat and make leather for them.

You'll have to call around Phil. My wife has been talking to our body shop guy about the seat stuff. He's got a guy there that does regular to way out there extreme custom interiors. She's discussed lots of options, but it seem like new, upgraded leather on all the seats was a lot less than $1,200.

If you don't like the captains chairs (I don't understand that part since I love mine), just find someone who wants to trade for yours. It won't matter what color or condition you trade for because the shop can make the new leather whatever color you want.

A guy at my work purchased a nice set from a conversion shop that makes vehicles handicap accessible. He put them in his 71 Chevy. He found them on “Crags List”. Not sure where you are at but maybe there’s a shop somewhere around you that does the same thing.
Good luck
