Carb selection?

Whats up folks? I have a question. I have a modified 300 I6 and I am trying to select the best carb for it. Currently I have a Rotchester 2 barrel from a 256 Chevy engine (don't ask). My options are these.
Motocraft 2 barrel off a 302
Motocraft 4 barrel off a 360 (Jeep engine)
????????? 4 barrel off a 351w (1982 f150)
The modifications include
Forged steel crank
Clifford Performance intake manifold
Clifford performance exhaust header
Comp Cams 270 duration RV camshaft.
Ported and relieved head, also polished
MSD blaster coil.
Rotating assembly balanced to 10k rpm.

What do you folks think would be the best all-round carb for this engine. I would like to have a bit of both worlds. Decent fuel economy and decent power. Thanks, Ugly.

My recommendation would be a edelbrock 500cfm 4bbl. I have the Clifford intake, Heddman headers and energizer camshaft with the 500 on it with stock tires, 3.08 rear gear a srod tranny. I get 19-21 hwy depending on where I go and 15-17 around town.

Remember that when selecting carb size the cfm rating is at WOT. It is also easy to over-carburate an engine.
From what you describe it sounds like a healthy combo, and I would bet that a 500cfm would be fine. Some people on here are running a 600cfm.
