diablo predator program installation
i recently purchased a predator tuner. in the owners manual it said that the truck computer could be damaged if predator programs were installed into a computer that already has a tuner program in it. when i purchased the truck i talked to the previous owner and he told me the truck already had a program in it from some sort of tuner. i tried to buy the tuner but he had sold it. i know it has a program in it because when i tow the exhaust temps can easily go above 1250 degrees. there is no chip attached to the computer so it must be a program.
if i install the predator programs could the truck computer be damaged?

I dont think the Predator will be able to program a tune to your truck if it has already been 'tuned'. You need to have the 'stock' tune in the computer or the Predator will not download. Or so I've read- I dont have mine yet..
