How many of us take our vehicles to the Dealer?

I'd like to know since most dealers areound me are about the greatest cons ever, especially Chebucto. My mom took the truck in because of starter problems, and we ended paying over a 1000.00 dollars over the course of a month, for about 30 dollars of parts, and 970.00 in labour. Do you do your own work, and how much wil you do before the dealer or someone does it for you?

If I cant do it myself, then I take it to the garage. There is only one garage in Fredericton that I will take my Bronco to and that is Rev-Tech on the northside. Greg and Jason are great guys.

The only thing i dont do is tires, everything else I can tackle, just need to get myself a welder, ball joint press, spring compressor (ever use a bench vise and chicken wire to compress coils spring?!), engine lift, you know..... can never get enough specialty tools, but then again having access to them is a bonus as well!!
