Dash light
I have a 1994 Ranger x-cab 4X4 with a 3.0L. I changed the plug wires yesterday and now my charge light is lit up in the dash. I checked for loose wires and found nothing. The volt meter shows that it is charging and I unhooked the battery and it still ran fine. WHAT THE HELL???????

I'm no expert but you may try disconnecting & reconnecting the battery and allowing the computer to reset.
