They never made a manual winder for a Bronco rear window, but the old Chevy Blazers had manual winders, and the very first full-size Bronco prototypes that were running around Ford Engineering had manual windows that used those Blazer winders.
So, you could very possibly be able to adapt the parts from a Blazer tailgate to fit your Bronco; I know it's been done!
