95 f150 300-6, trans code E. Is that the E4OD?

 

Yes. The only thing I don't like about the E4OD I have at work is the lack of engine braking. This trannie (or maybe it is the torque converter's fault) will not apply any engine braking when going down a hill. When I shift out of OD, and the engine revs up for a second, then drops down to near idle rpm while the truck speeds up going downhill. '03 F450 superduty, V10, E4OD....Terry
