Fuel Pump

Hi I just was working on my Bronco and got a few small problems withthe fuel lines i already replaced the fuel filter, pump relays and regulator when i try to start it it makes a funny whinning noise from the pump it an in tank pump and also have another one on the frame rail the high pressure one so i was just wondering if that would cause it or if it was the fuel pump in the tank.

That whinning is the fuel pump in the tank.
Propably sounds like the one in my front tank...
sounds terrible...hardly pumps enough to idle.
Changing it out next week sometime.
