There are 2 different IAC's available through Ford, Autozone, etc. for my 2.3L Ranger. I don't have the original IAC, nor do I know the correct part number for the one that I'm 'suppose' to have. Since nobody at the Ford house or Autozone can tell me which one is the 'correct' one I was hoping someone here would know what the differences between the two are...Thanks
dont no what year your truck is but on my 94 the replacement part# was gp sorensen -# 77910067 hope this helps, the only dif i no is the other one is larger the one that was on my truck was smallergot mine at advance auto parts

thanks for the pic. if it's no problem could you send both pics to my email nightme_02@yahoo.com. I did notice that there is about $15-20 difference between the 2 models. The IAC that I have is off a 96 F-150 (free to me) and the CEL was off for a while, but back on again. I don't have the original and Ford can't tell me which one I have (or need) until they order it! Of course you have to pre-pay to order...and no refund on electrical componants!
i was only trying to help an be a friend an help but thats ok mybe i sent the pics to wrong e-mail <but if not thats ok to but i wont help anymore> jimmy
