clunking
2000 Ford 250 starting a clunking sound when coming to a stop and mostly hear it when backing up and applying the brakes. Any thoughts.

Can be several things but mostly has been tracked to the split drive shaft slip joint needing to be removed and splined shaft lightly lubricated. Fairly simple half hour job.
