i just put a three speed shifter in my truck,was on the column,and was wondering how to hook up my back up lights.

 

You converted to FLOOR shift?? Hurst makes a "reverse light" switch that bolts to shifter and it actuated when you put in reverse. Now, I'm not sure how well it works on the "cheaper" versions of shifters, but if it's a Hurst it will work great.

Just pull the wires from column and hook them to switch. Done.
