But at the other end it's the braking that gets a little tricky.

To answer your question, the GT390 I mentioned earlier, would pull anything you wanted at 100 mph in the 70 F100 I had it in. Had plenty of bottom end to smoke the tires with 3.50's and traction-loc. Ran 15 sec 1/4's with 70 gallons of gas in it ( 20 in the stock tank, another 50 in an F600 tank in the bed.)
