Does anyone know of a reason why you wouldn't want to swap the doors from a 1989 thru 1992 Ranger to a 1985 (83-88) Cab?

I was thinking that it would give me better Arm rests. Since the 83-88 style are all broke off and nobody makes replacements.

The Cabs are the same from 83 thru 92, right?

Anything else I'm missing?

call a good salvage yard. they could tell you what is compatible with your truck.

 

The Gen.2{89-93} Ranger doors will work on your Gen.1{84-88}. the inside is the only thing that is diffrent.
