I just glanced at the Consumer Reports article.....Rated a Best Buy at the top of the list were : Grote and EchoMaster , but the third rated Rostra was the only top rated model not affected by inclement weather, but cost a bit more. These were suggested as parking aids, but another camera type was suggested for a child safety aid...for a lot more money : HitchCam or Audiovox .
