Heating Core

I have a 1995 F-150 4x4 and Iam getting no heat just cold air. What is wrong. How do you tell if the heater core is no good.

check your coolent level, thermostat, and heater control valve.

help

I have replaced the thermostat and the coolant level is good where is this other part located.

Take the golve box out and check to see if the cable that controls the blend door is still hooked up properly.

try removing the return line from the heater core to see is water is coming out of the heater core. it should really pour out not just a little stream. i had the same thing happen to mine. no heat just cold air. possibly another thing you can try is to feel both hoses at the core they should both be hot. see if that helps. laters
