The easiest way is to build a solid engine and top it with a Holley throttle body FI system. It's simple, quick, and most of the tuning is already set up for you in the included software. Unfortunately, they will support only up to about 270-280 HP (per the mfg rating). There are also some customizeable multi-port systems out there you can use. Cost is $$$ and there is a lot of tuning involved.
Edelbrock might be able to use one of their ProFlow systems mounted on a custom-prepped manifold. It would be expensive, but the ProFlow systems are really slick. You might give them a call.
