Computers?
Does anyone know what year they started putting computers into the early 80's F-100 w/IL6 300? What about oxygen sensors and cats?
Some times it is difficult to know what is supposed to be on a given vechicle. I'm sure that the O2 sensors and cats started in the mid seventies but I'm a bit confused about the computers in the above model.
How does an O2 sensor control anything without a computer? I am so full of questions about emissions and so dumb on the subject!
