Seems like it would be a direct swap.
You may, however, have to cut the carpet in the middle part to expose anchor locations.

Silver 150, pm me, I don't know if my 97 will work with back captains, but, let's talk about. My second row is a split bench, tan.

I have the bench seat and would be very interested in a swap as long as the switch is easy enough, send me a pic of your seats and we can talk (mine are tan leather by the way, and are in perfect condition)

Yeah there are multiple manufacturers that make a replacement sub for this, I know JL does, MTX (although both of these two are upgrades to a 10" sub and you would require a new amp), I think q logic does, but really if you just want another 8" sub to replace it and run off of the factory amp (which sucks) go to crutchfield and buy and I believe 8 ohm, 8 inch sub. When you are removing it to replace it once you undo all of the screws you will start to get confused as to why the sub will not pull out of the car, it has taken many people a long time to figure this out... there is a bolt that goes from the back of the sub enclosure straight into the magnet, you have to remove the entire passenger side rear panel and pull the whole enclosure out to get to it. Hope all of this helps, just post back if you need anything.

Silver 150?? Why in the world would your wife want to switch out her captians for a bench? I have the 2nd row captains, wouldn't trade them for anything. easy entry to the 3rd row, they recline for the back seat riders, fold flat for storage room. come on, where is the comparision?? just wondering....

We have three kids, and with the rear seat in upright position she can not fit the stroller, right now she has to keep it between the captain chairs completly blocking the access to the rear seats....with the bench (Trade)we can sit three across the middle and fold up the rear for her gear..
