Yes. It is right on the top of the brake line splitter on the drivers side of the axle. It runs up and turns over right in front of the driver's side rear shock. If you're worried, replace it with a longer line and run it up into the cavity behind the taillights and put a breather element on it.

Mine has a clip that holds it to the frame above by the driver rear shock.
How deep of water are you getting into? If you are not dipping your frame by the rear wheels into the water you are probably OK. An extension tube won't hurt though.
